The University Press – The Sibpur University has its own printing press well equipped with essential press machines. The Press is primarily used by College Bulletins and some College Seminar kits. Desk Top Publication is also now a part of the system.
Workshop Complex – Various Workshops primarily used by Mechanical, Civil, and many other similar departments.

About Bengal Engineering And Science University
The University was established on 24th November, 1856. At first it aimed to train Engineering professionals for Public Works Department. Now this institution is 149 years old and is the second oldest in INDIA. Started as the BISHOP’S COLLEGE right from the British reign, the Bengal Engineering and Science College in Independent INDIA was accredited the statues of a Deemed University and is now recognized as the State University.
