Educational Programs:
Gujarat Vidyapeeth offers educational curriculum at the graduate, post graduate, diploma as well as PhD levels. Instructions are imparted through the different affiliated colleges, educational centers and institutes.

About GU:
Mahatma Gandhi was the founder of the Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad. The institute was established on 18th October, 1920, symbolizing protest against the British education policy that was imposed upon by Lord Macaulay. The University was accorded the status of a deemed university in 1963. GVP is funded by the U. G. C. (University Grants Commission) for higher education programs, and is also an active member of the AIU. The Institute is well-known for imparting higher education in a planned manner, teaching from the Nursery to the Doctorate level.
