About Hindustan University, Chennai. Hindustan University (previously known as Hindustan College of Engineering), one of the most desired engineering colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu, was founded in the year 1985. The Government of India conferred upon it the “University Status” with the name of Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science from the academic session of 2008 – 09.Â
The University is located at Padur about 22 kms south of Chennai, the capital city of Tamil Nadu. The 120 acre campus is abundant in greenery. to get admission here in hindustan university just u need 2 approach their college head office and pay donation to get admitted.doesnt matter about yur percentage neither grades to be here to study.Money matters a lot in this college.They will leave u with a deep hole in your pocket when it comes in terms of fine. their fine u almost in every way possible either u came late 2 college,using cellphone in campus,parking your vehicle and sometimes de fine u 4 no reason..and as for attandance they will detain you and de love doing it coz de need money…if ur short of attandance de fine is 15k  and detain you over date…take my advice dont study at in this university…i have personally experienced it all
