Information about TERI University: – The establishment of the University was done on 19^th August, 1998 and now it is the Deemed University. This status was provided by the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Department of Education, and Government of India by University Grants Commission. In February 2002, TERI University entered into the collaboration with the Environmental Studies of the Yale University and the School of Forestry.

Other Info and Achievements of the University: – In year 2003, TERI University signed a treaty with the MOU University under the guidance of the Donald Danforth who is the head of Plant Science Centre, USA. After this, in 2005, TERI University signed the MoU with the University of Nottingham, UK. The success continued and in 2007, TERI University signed MoU with Michigan State University, USA .and the latest success of the University was with the signing of MOU with University of Iceland, Iceland and North Carolina State University, USA.

The main motto of the company was to facilitate the students with the vast study of resources, knowledge and ideas.
