University of Lausanne

University of Lausanne (UNIL), firstly founded in 1537, is located in Lausanne, Switzerland. It is consistently ranked as one of the best universities in Switzerland and Europe.

Academic Program

University of Lausanne comprises seven faculties as followed:

1. Faculty of Arts. The faculty offers Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts (in many specializations), Master’s degree in Museum Studies, and Doctorate in Arts.
2. Faculty of Biology and Medicine. The faculty offers Bachelor of Science in Biology, Bachelor in Medicine, Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science, Master of Science in Behavior, Evolution and Conservation, Master of Science in Genomics and Experimental Biology, Master of Science in Medical Biology, Master of Science in Medicine, Federal Diploma in Medicine, MAS in Hospital Pharmacies, MAS in Occupational Health-care, MAS in Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy, MAS in Health Economics and Management, MAS in Sport Administration and Technology, Doctorate of Science in Life Sciences, Doctorate in Medicine and Science in Life Sciences, Doctorate in Medicine, Doctorate in Neurosciences, and Doctorate in Nursing Sciences.
3. Faculty of Business and Economics. The faculty offers Bachelor of Science in Management, Bachelor of Science in Economics, MAS in Sport Administration and Technology, Executive MBA in Management and Corporate Finance, Executive MBA in Management of Technology, MAS in Health Economics and Management, MAS in Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy, Doctorate in Economics, and PhD in Public Administration. While Master degrees offered are: Master of Science in Management, Master of Science in Economics, Master of Science in Finance, Master of Science in Accounting, Control and Finance, Master of Science in Information Systems, Master of Science in Actuarial Science, and Master of Law in Legal Issues, Crime and Security of New Technologies.
4. Faculty of Geosciences and Environment. The faculty offers Bachelor of Science in Geosciences and Environment, Master of Science in Geology, Master of Science in Environmental Geosciences, Master of Science in Geography, MAS in Sustainable Urbanism, and Doctorate in Geosciences and Environment.
5. Faculty of Law and Criminal Justice. The faculty offers Bachelor of Law in Swiss Law, Master of Law in Swiss Law, Master of Law in Legal Issues, Crime and Security of New Technologies, MAs in Business Law, MAs in International and European Economic and Business Law, and Doctorate in Law.
6. Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. The faculty offers Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in the Sciences of Sport and Physical Education, Master of Arts in Political Science, Master of Arts in Social Sciences, Master of Science in Psychology, Master of Science in Human Movement and Sports Sciences, Master Arts in Public Management and Policy, Master Arts in the Study of Religions, MAS in Child and Adolescent Psychology, MAS in Sustainable Urbanism, MAS in Clinical Psychology and Social Sciences, MAS in Human Resource Management and Career Guidance, and MAS in Sport Administration and Technology. There are also Doctorate degrees in Political Science, Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Psychology, Sport Sciences and Physical Education, Mathematics applied to Human and Social Sciences, and Neurosciences.
7. Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies. The faculty offers two Bachelor degrees: Bachelor of Theology and Bachelor of Arts in the Study of Religions, two Master degrees: Master of Theology and Master of Arts in the Study of Religions, and two Doctoral degrees: Doctorate in Theology and Doctorate in the Study of Religions.
